The AVAO harness is specifically designed for workers at height. Its design is specific to work positioning and rope descent. Contoured foam on the semi-rigid waistbelt and leg loops provide comfort during use
The Petzl Strato Helmet is both lightweight and comfortable; making it the ideal helmet for long days of rope access work. Petzl guarantees that such luxuries dont come at the cost of good stability. In this respect, it's ergonomic and reliable design makes the Strato the ultimate helmet for day to day use.
Handled rope clamp for rope ascents, the Ascension features an over moulded grip and ergonomic upper part for a comfortable and powerful grip when pulling with one or two hands. The Ascension handled rope clamp has a wide lower hole for easily attaching two carabiners for a lanyard and footloop.
The Lanyard Progress Adjust-I is an adjustable single lanyard that provides continuous connection during all types of progression when used with a second lanyard.
Designed for safe rope access work and work at height, the Petzl Descender I’D S is a self-braking rope descender. The ergonomically designed handle allows for comfortable and secure descent control.
The Petzl ASAP Lock mobile fall arrester moves freely along the rope, allowing for simple rope ascents. The free moving device follows the user in all their movements without any intervention. In the event of a sudden movement or shock, the Petzl ASAP fall arrester locks up immediately, stopping any fall before it starts. The locking function allows the user to immobilise the device, reducing any potential fall distance. Thanks to the connection arm, the ASAP Lock is drop-resistant when passing intermediate anchors. Used with an ASAP’sorber or ASAP’sorber Axess energy absorber, the Petzl ASAP Lock can allow users to work at a distance from the rope.
Petzl’s ASAP’SORBER Axess is an energy absorber designed specifically for use with the ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arresters. The Axess allows the user to work safely at a distance from the rope, enhancing protection during crucial phases of work. The energy absorber is equipped with a pouch filled with tear-webbing. The pouch opens on each end, protecting the absorber from surface abrasion while still allowing regular safety inspections.
Petzl’s Oxan carabiner is ideal for use in difficult environments. The high-strength steel construction creates major axis strength of up to 38kN while keeping weight down to as little as 185g. The symmetrical oval shape makes the Oxan easy to handle, allowing optimal loading of the carabiner in a wide range of situations. The design also allows Oxan to be connected to Petzl’s Captiv bar to keep the carabiner in ideal position, limiting the risk of it flipping and ensuring it remains integrated with the device. Two locking systems are available. Firstly, the automatic Triact-Lock system, with triple-action gate opening. Alternatively, the manual Screw-Lock system is available, with a red band providing a visual warning of an unlocked carabiner.
