Deliveries
Deliveries should be simple, so we make it so! You can either turn up on one of our courses to have your gear brought to you by your instructor or choose from our simple delivery options.
UK delivery options
- Click and collect - FREE
- Collect on a course - FREE
- Occasionally, this option may not be possible for certain courses due to logistical reasons. Please contact us to confirm before selecting this option.
- You must let us know which course you're attending when you place your order.
- Orders under £60* - £6 - Standard delivery (3-5 working days)
- Orders over £60* - FREE - Standard delivery (3-5 working days)
- Orders under £120* - £12 - Signed for delivery (1-2 working days)
- Orders over £120* - FREE - Signed for delivery (1-2 working days)
- Paddles - £36 - Standard delivery (3-5 working days)
For our 1-2 day delivery option, orders placed before 14:00pm on working days will be processed on the same day, otherwise they will be processed on the next working day. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Over winter, our shop is open Monday - Saturday, which means that all orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Recycling
We try to use second-hand/recycled boxes and packaging where possible as we believe in minimising our impact on the planet. Our packaging comes from re-using our suppliers boxes or our friends and family bring theirs to us instead of being binned.
Kayaks & Canoes
Kayaks and canoes can be delivered to any UK mainland address for £84. If you require the item urgently a small surcharge may be added, to ensure that the item is delivered to you within the time frame you require. We kindly ask you to contact us prior to placing a home delivery as the more information we can gather, the quicker the delivery can be. Alternately, we have a 'click and collect' option allowing you to buy online, and collect in store.
Paddles
Paddles can be delivered to any UK mainland address for the prices stated under ‘delivery options’ (see above). As per kayak and canoe deliveries, if you required the item urgently a small surcharge may be added, please contact us prior to placing a home delivery as the more information we can gather, the quicker the delivery can be. Alternately, we have a 'click and collect' option allowing you to buy online, and collect in store.
