Wild Country Ropeman 2 Ascender
Recent upgrades include forged sideplates, making the product lighter and providing a better internal radius for smooth operation across a broader range of karabiners. From self-rescue and cliff rescue to mouflage and more, these mini-marvels have been well proven in the field.
SPECIFICATIONS
- Rope diameter range: 8-13mm
- Spring-loaded side plate for easy closure
- Closure mechanism prevents lateral sideplate opening (the grooved sideplate locks directly into the cylinder
- High strength stainless steel axle
- Compatible with flat and tubular slings* from 10 mm to 15 mm
- Stainless steel wire (2kN tested) with plastic sheath for safe handling
- Compatible with ropes following EN892 standard
- Compatible with HMS and Oval carabiners (EN 12275)
- EN 567, UIAA 126 certified
SLINGS EN 566 10-15 mm Attention! Exceptional application, not covered by EN 567 standard, not to be used for protection against falls from height. Do not use as a single safety line.
