Description
The Pro Key Light takes Wild Country's well-known nut tool and drops the steel thickness from 3mm to 2.5mm, shaving weight for climbers racking up long trad days or big alpine routes. It hasn't lost any of the original's usefulness: the tip is still shaped for working stubborn stoppers free, and a comfortable flat surface at the other end gives you something to push against when a placement won't budge.
Two rear handguard arms are built in specifically to free stuck Friends, hooking into the space between the cables where a standard nut tool can't reach. Three integrated wrench sizes cover M10, M8 and quicklink nuts, so it doubles as a handy backup tool on sport routes too. The removable leash extends to 1.4m, meaning you can clip it to your harness and use it at full stretch without ever risking a drop.
