Rope Access Lanyards
The lanyard connector holders install on the shoulder straps of VOLT, VOLT WIND, AVAO BOD, AVAO BOD FAST and ASTRO BOD FAST harnesses and TOP, TOP CROLL S and TOP CROLL L chest harnesses. They provide stowage for the MGO connectors on fall arrest lanyards, on each shoulder strap, allowing the user to be unhindered by the lanyard and to keep the connectors within reach. In the event of a fall, the system releases the MGO connectors and allows the absorber to be deployed. Comes in a pack of 2.
Petzl’s ASAP’SORBER energy absorber works in conjunction with the ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester, allowing the user to work at a greater distance from the rope. The ASAP’SORBER features tear-webbing inside an opening pouch, protecting the device from abrasion wear while still allowing for easy inspection of the webbing itself. Available in lengths of 20cm or 40cm, the ASAP’SORBER limits the impact force of a fall on its user, allowing climbers to work safely at a greater distance from a rope.
Petzl’s Connect Adjust lanyard is especially designed for sport climbing. A single positioning lanyard with an adjustable arm, the Connect Adjust’s ergonomic design allows simple, fast and secure adjustment. The Connect Adjust is adjustable between 15cm and 95cm, making it suitable for any situation in mountaineering and sport climbing.
Petzl’s ASAP’SORBER Axess is an energy absorber designed specifically for use with the ASAP or ASAP LOCK mobile fall arresters. The Axess allows the user to work safely at a distance from the rope, enhancing protection during crucial phases of work. The energy absorber is equipped with a pouch filled with tear-webbing. The pouch opens on each end, protecting the absorber from surface abrasion while still allowing regular safety inspections.
Specially redesigned for climbers and mountaineers, the Petzl Connect Adjust Lanyard is a single, adjustable lanyard designed for the climber to tether to the anchor. The adjustable arm allows the climber to select a length that is best suited for rope and gear management at the anchor. It attaches to the harness with a thin loop, freeing up space on your belay loop. With an ergonomic shape, the rope adjuster allows quick and easy one-handed length selection of the adjustable arm.

The Petzl Grillon adjustable lanyard complements a fall-arrest system, helping to position users safely for work. The Grillon is designed to be very precisely and quickly adjusted, ensuring a user remains in a comfortable and safe position while working at height. The Grillon can be used in single or double mode, making it suitable for any position users work in. The Petzl Grillon lanyard is available in lengths between 2 and 20 metres and is certified to European, North American and Russian safety standards.
The Petzl Absorbica®-Y MGO is a double lanyard with compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, and for passing intermediate anchors. It functions with users weighing between 50 and 140 kg. It is available in two lengths: 80 or 150 cm versions. The 150 cm version has elasticized arms to avoid hindering progression. The Grillon MGO lanyard is used to make work positioning systems, to complement a fall-arrest system. Its length can be very easily and precisely adjusted as necessary for comfortable positioning at the work station. Connector with very large gate opening is ideal for connection to metal structures or to large-diameter cables and bars. The Grillon MGO is available in two lengths: 2 and 3 m, and is certified to North American and European standards.
