Simply put, these are the best nuts on the market. They fit where other nuts won’t go, these really are a must for every climbing rack no matter your standard of climbing. The only improvement we can think of is we wished the colour coding of the alloy nut, was reflected in the markings near the wire loop for even easier identification.
What DMM say
Despite their simple appearance, Wallnuts are highly featured pieces of climbing hardware. Different alloy is used for each size - smaller Wallnuts are made from a harder alloy to prevent shearing, while larger sizes are softer so they can bite into placements. Larger Wallnuts feature hollow construction to reduce weight. Wallnuts can be placed in two different orientations, allowing a single nut to cover a range of cracks. They are tapered across both their face and sides, helping them sit better in cracks that are rarely parallel sided. Grooved faces reduce weight, help the nut seat better in cracks, improve security in shallow placements, and resist lifting out when a leader moves past them. DMM Wallnuts are mounted on wires that are stiff enough to allow overhead placements, while flexible enough to reduce the chance of lifting out. They are colour coded to correspond with the rest of our protection range, and to give quick and easy selection of the correct size from your harness.
Torque Nuts can be used to protect parallel sided cracks. Their shape means they can be used in multiple orientations, giving you a wide range of placement options with every piece. Lightweight aluminium alloy construction means that despite their low weight, each Torque Nut has a 14kN strength rating. An extendable sling lets you reduce rope drag without extra quickdraws, and can be replaced with DMM's in-house re-slinging service. Torque Nuts work in all conditions. They are especially useful in winter, when icy cracks cannot be protected with cams. However, Wired Torque Nuts are more resistant to accidental axe strikes and easier to control placing above your head. Click

The dual axle, single stem design of the DMM Dragon Cams gives them 360° flexibility and a huge expansion range. This design helps increase performance in sub-optimal placements and ensures you select the right piece every time. The hot-forged thumb press of the these DMM Cams reduces fumbling from gloved hands and pumped fingers, ensuring stable handling when you need it most. Another advantage of the innovative design of these DDM Cams is their ability to accommodate an extendable sling without any impact to strength. This reduces the number of quickdraws needed to extend any placement, reducing the weight of your rack. DDM Dragon Cams use advanced lightweight aluminium alloys to keep weight to a minimum without impacting the impressive active and passive strength; even the smallest 00 size Dragon Cam features active strength of 10kN while weighing as little as 75g.

The DMM Shadow screwgate carabiner delivers the perfect mix of low weight and useability. With innovative I-beam construction reducing weight to just 50 grams, you can carry as many Shadows as you need without feeling the weight. The design of the Shadow allows it to be used comfortably while wearing gloves, making it suitable for use in winter.
The Spectre features I-Beam construction for reduced weight, a shrouded nose for added security, and generous rope radii for smooth rope running and softer catches in a fall. Versatility and a broad feature set make the Spectre an ideal starting point for a climbing rack. Click

The Spectre quickdraw is perfect for climbers building their first rack. The carabiners are full-sized for easy handling, have a small gate notch for reduced snagging, and I-Beam construction to reduce weight. A lightweight 11mm Dynatec sling links the carabiners, making a great starter quickdraw that can be used for all styles of climbing.
